Our mass spectrometry center is equipped with the Agena MassARRAY time-of-flight mass spectrometry system, establishing a standardized system covering everything from sample processing and multiple amplification to quality inspection and data analysis. The technology centers on "multiple PCR + single base extension," combining advantages of medium to high throughput, high accuracy, low cost, and short cycle, capable of detecting dozens to hundreds of loci in a single run. Mainly applied to: clinical molecular diagnostics (genetic diseases, hearing loss, medication guidance), precision oncology medicine (mutation detection, liquid biopsy, susceptibility screening), and research services (GWAS validation, methylation, pathogen typing, gut microbiota research).
