The OrgaNestBasic Plus system consists of three core modules: supply, infusion, and vision
Supply modules
- The supply module is equipped with a built-in pump and refrigerated storage, accommodating up to four types of culture media. This system achieves medium supply and recovery through automated selection and fluid control.
Infusion module
- The perfusion module includes a set of programmable valves that can selectively deliver and remove culture media to multiple culture chambers. This module operates inside a standard CO2 incubator to maintain proper cell culture conditions.
Visualization module
- The vision module features the following features: an electric microscope for real-time optical monitoring of the cultivation process (brightfield, x4). Similar to the perfusion module, it operates inside the CO2 incubator to ensure consistency in environmental conditions during observation.
OrgaNest@ Carrier
- Culture medium storage organoid culture chamber
Both the perfusion and supply modules are connected to the medium delivery line, fully sterilized and replaceable OrgaNest filter cartridges, and medium storage units. The OrgaNest filter element consists of two independent units, installed inside the infusion module and supply module, enabling functional integration. These units are connected via long-distance transfer tubes, enabling bidirectional flow between the storage tank and the culture chamber.
